About our services

Hodari Ventures is a private consultancy that helps foreign investors and non-residents set up, run, and stay compliant with a business in Kenya — across company formation, tax, banking, compliance, immigration, and advisory. The site provides general information about these services and a means to enquire; it is not itself the delivery of any service.

Information on the site is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Engagements and fees

Any services we provide are governed by a separate engagement agreement or offer letter setting out the scope, deliverables, and fees. Our professional fees are quoted in US dollars; payment information is provided at the point of engagement. Government, statutory, and third-party charges (for example registry, permit, or bank fees) are set by the relevant authorities or institutions, are separate from our professional fees, and may change without notice.

No guarantee of outcomes

Any timelines we quote — such as an indicative period to incorporate a company or open a bank account — are good-faith estimates. They depend on government registries, banks, immigration authorities, and other third parties whose decisions and processing times are outside our control. We do not guarantee the approval of any registration, bank account, permit, or application by a third party.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents (including any identity and due-diligence materials we reasonably require), and to keep them up to date. We may be unable to act, or to meet estimated timelines, where information is missing, inaccurate, or delayed.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site — including the “INC.” wordmark — are owned by Hodari Ventures and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish them without our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
