Privacy Policy

Last updated · 26 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hodari Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business-setup and advisory consultancy based in Nairobi, Kenya and operating the inc.co.ke (“INC.”) website, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the site or get in touch with us. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our contact form or reach us by WhatsApp, phone, or email, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, your preferred reply channel, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical data (such as your device type, browser, and general usage) through cookies and similar technologies. When you arrive from an online advertisement, we may also record marketing-attribution parameters (for example utm tags and a Google click identifier) so we understand which campaigns bring genuine enquiries.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
  • To prepare engagement proposals, scopes, and fixed-fee quotes.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations.
  • To measure the performance of our advertising and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure advertising. Our site is served through the Cloudflare content-delivery network, which sets cookies necessary for security and performance. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

Sharing your information

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Email delivery, so we receive and reply to your enquiry.
  • Analytics and advertising measurement (Google).
  • Website security and delivery (Cloudflare).
  • Messaging, where you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process. Some of these providers process data outside Kenya; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

How long we keep it

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver any engagement, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at web@inc.co.ke. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) in Kenya.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

Your acceptance

By using inc.co.ke or contacting us, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information to us.
